Have You Ever Stayed at Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping Campground? Many people enjoy checking out the locks via boat tour. The locks enable ships to travel between the lower Great Lakes and Lake Superior. The Soo Locks are two parallel locks, maintained by the United States Corps of Engineers, Detroit District.
